Mini Wedding Packages

An Intimate Experience

Sometimes bigger isn’t better. Sometimes you just want to keep things simple. Celebrate with a smaller group of those that mean the most to you. The Haven Mini Weddings are now an option at The Haven. Perfect for weddings booked within 6months and for groups of 50 guests or less. 

The mini wedding package comes with all the benefits of the traditional wedding package, but with the added benefit of an intimate group size alongside the date spontaneity you are looking for.

Step 1: Choose your Day

***Maximum guest count cannot exceed <50 guests total

All of our couples will get to enjoy the following, no matter which day you choose as your big day!
  • Up to 6 hours of continuous use of The Haven indoor and outdoor spaces
    • Rental time frame must be within one of two time slots. Choose either 10AM to 4PM or 5:30PM to 11:30PM. (No same day add on hours may be purchased for a mini wedding).
    • Indoor space is climate controlled making year round celebrations possible & comfortable
  • Onsite Ceremony – Indoor & Outdoor options available for up to 50 guests
  • Use of Cedar Grove’s custom online planning guide
  • Facility Coordination during your event
  • 1 wedding planning meeting (up to 1 hr long)

Step 2: Choose your Wedding Essentials Package

We take the stress out of your day by taking care of the heavy lifting for you! More than just a beverage package, all wedding essentials packages include the following:
  • Access to our “Something Borrowed Décor” – Decor you can borrow for your event a no extra charge!
    • Lanterns, candles, greenery, we’ve got it all!
    • We have over 750 pieces of decor
  • Full setup and teardown services for tables, chairs & linens supplied by Cedar Grove
  • Self-serve water, coffee, and tea
  • Table, chairs and linens set up to your custom floor plan
  • Cake Cutting with Cake Plates, Forks & Napkins
  • Open Bar – see options below
    • Did we mention that our bar is better than basic?? With standard domestic & craft beers, seltzers, variety of wines & elevated liquors you and your guests will be more than satisfied. 
Dogwood Package

$35 per guest
(3 hour bar)

  • Open Bar with Soda, Beer, Wine and bartender
  • Choice of White, Black or Ivory Linens for all tables
  • Non-alcoholic Seasonal Specialty Mocktails
PawPaw Package

$40 per guest
(3 hour bar)

  • Open Bar with Soda, Beer, Wine and bartender
  • Choice of White, Black or Ivory Linens for all tables
  • Up to 2 Cedar Grove Specialty Cocktails
Redbud Package

$45 per guest
(3 hour bar)

  • Open Bar with Soda, Beer, Wine, Spirits and bartender
  • Choice of White, Black, Ivory, or colored Linens for all tables
  • Up to 3 Cedar Grove Specialty Cocktails
Children (ages 2-20): $25 per guest
Must pick a package from this step to book
Must use a Haven approved catering company
